  
Produced with our strategic production partner – Cubick BCN – for one of their VIP clients. We were asked to create a comprehensive activity/ team building experience for 300 competitive, top sales managers. We put together a 7 team competition using a Poker tournament, Blackjack and Roulette games as the base. We also created our own simulated horse racing game, where each team bet on real horse races to compete with through out the night.
To make the experience complete, we also had table football, a live jazz quartet and a live viewing of the Real Madrid/ Barcelona football match. All of the competition had updated team scores and were monitored by our performing team of monitors; consisting of the Casino owner, his right hand man and the 6 ladies of the Casino floor, to encourage and reward the participants with extra fake play money. Overall, the competition was a successful and the hard-to-please sales clients left asking to continue competing and looking forward to the next time.
