When the CB&I came to Barcelona for the LNG 15 conference; first, we organized their hotels, transportation logistics, scheduling and then produced their welcome cocktail and entertainment at 5* Casa Fuster Hotel. Next, we organized a full night of entertainment and dinning for their VIP client Gala at the landmark Torre d´Alta Mar cable car tower.
At the Torre d´Alta Mar , was were able to redesign both the outside and inside of the restaurant for a unique networking experience. The guest list included of some of the top Fortune 500 CEOs and executives in this sector for this red carpet event.
During the 4-day conference we were CB&I local logistics, liaison and support staff at the CCIB conference center.
LP was responsible for the entire Creative, Logistical, Budgetary and Operational Production of this event.
